We are in the process of converting to a group to better serve both our watchers and the community. I have created another account that will act as the moderator for said group, ~trulytellingit.

This is my goal on deviantArt:

To leave truthful comments about the quality and artistry of work on the site. Deviations that are artistically sound will be praised, deviations that need improvement will be critiqued, and deviations that have no place on the site will be told so. I want to tell people what others are afraid to say, things unsaid in order to avoid hurting feelings. I am not here to stroke your ego, I am here to provide you with a reality check.

To clean up deviantArt, and make it a better place for the artists who use it. Myself being an artist, I see how this site is slowly slipping in both quality and professionalism. I wish to aid in saving our site from misuse.

To uphold the standards and values of deviantArt. I wish to find and report deviations that are in violation of the rules and regulations of the site.

Any art theft, recoloring, pornography, underage nudity, self harm, hate art, mature content with no tag, and misplaced deviations I come across will be reported to the site staff. I will leave a comment on the deviation stating the reason for the report, as well as a suggestion to remove it themselves.

You do not have to agree with me, but what I say is what I honestly think. I do not target individuals, I do not harass. I merely say what is needed, and follow through with a report if needed. I do not pretend to be an administer or moderator of deviantArt. I cannot tell someone to remove something. I only suggest they do, and report the violation to the people who can enforce it. If you have any questions about or problems with what I do, feel free to leave a comment or note, and I will be sure to reply.
